Progress at Little Gym Class
I may be biased, but Adam is a superstar when it comes to physical activities (this is balanced by his late blooming speech). He's like a rubber ball bouncing from one side of the gym to the next, volunteering for every new stunt the teacher has them try and he's amazing at all of it. Mema got to come and observe his class this week and took some great pics of us.
Yes, Adam and I are playing soccer and I'm 8 months pregnant. I paid for it later.
Look Uncle Brian...A rock wall!!
Walking on the low bar and then a swinging dismount.
He can now walk the whole thing without help!! He's worked hard on this.

Adam Visits Mrs. Heather's Pumpkin Patch 2009
Adam is obsessed with "mumkins". This Friday we visited the local pumpkin farm that has pumpkins everywhere, a petting zoo, and other pumpkins activities. He loved the animals, loved the bean-bag toss, hated the big red Earth pimple as I called it (don't ask me what this was. I've never seen one of these before.)
Everyone asks so here you go..
I'm always asked, "How are you feeling". So, I thought I would sum it up.
-Depending on the one of about 3 shirts I put on, I either feel like Violet from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory when she turns into a blueberry; Winnie the Pooh...thanks Chris; and now that I see pumpkins everywhere I go, that one is at the top of the list.
-Do you have any nicknames? Again, thanks to Chris, I have been referred to as I.G. (Incredible Gut), Round Mound of Rebound (apparently it refers to Charles Barkley), and a gnome. It's a good thing I have a sense of humor and usually return the "compliment" with a lovely nickname for him.
-What strange symptoms do you have now that you're 8 months? I am now a snorer. This has started in the last month and is so embarrassing. I hope it goes away. There are no words to describe my belly-button at this point. Just weird.
-How is this one different than Adam? I have come to the conclusion that I was a total wuss during my pregnancy with Adam. By 8 months with him, I was on the couch 3 or more hours of the day. No so with this one.
There's tons more. I'll try to add more as I can. Congratulations to my 2 cousins who just delivered this week. I'm jealous. -Sarah

What in the world???
I would really like to know where Adam learned this move. He goes, "Mama, clap for Adam." So I did during his "dance" and then he bows out of no where. I laughed so hard and then I got the camera and had him do it again. What a goof.

Our last camping trip...for now.
Last weekend, we took the camper only an hour up the road to St. Francisville. It's a town with a lot of history, plenty of plantations to tour, and a civil war battlefield. Chris' friend from Winnfield and his daughter got to come and meet us. The weather was perfect, the food was excellent, and Adam and C were captivated with each other the whole time!!! Here's a few pics and a video or two...

Walking With Dinosaurs
Last Saturday my Dad and I took Adam to a show called, Walking With Dinosaurs: The Arena Spectacular. It this show comes near your city, GO. It was totally worth the ticket prices. I still can't figure out how they made those life-size dinosaurs move, look, and sound so real. Blew my mind and Adam was captivated. It was about a 90 minute show that followed the time-line of the different dinosaur and earth's eras. My pics didn't come out too great, but you get the idea.
